Admission & Financial Documentation

Institutions typically take 3 to 6 weeks to confirm admission and issue an Offer Letter. After receiving the offer, students must submit sponsor documents, showing sufficient funds to cover one year of tuition fees, living expenses, and travel costs. Sponsor requirements may vary depending on profession and income source, but generally include bank statements, tax returns, salary or job certificates, trade licenses, property details, and a financial support affidavit. The university then reviews the financial documents under the Genuine Student Requirement (GSR) process, which may include an interview. Upon successful GSR approval, the institution issues an Unconditional Offer Letter.

Fee Payment & Visa Preparation

After receiving an unconditional offer letter, students can pay tuition fees and OSHC (Overseas Student Health Cover) through bank transfer (only pay directly to the university’s account).
Receive an eCOE (Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment) from the university and get ready for the visa application
